MONTHLY YIN NIDRA WORKSHOP

YIN yoga, as taught by Sarah Powers, is a slow, mindful practice intended to restore harmony in your body and mind. Each month we target different meridians and Ann shares plenty of information about the practice as well as home advice. Well chosen, longer held poses soothe the nervous system while positively affecting our deeper connective tissues.

The 25 minute Yoga Nidra, or yoga sleep after the YIN poses has the same effect of 2 hours of normal sleep, and will leave you feeling rested with an alert calmness

REAL YOGIS PRACTICE PRANAYAMA

Take charge of your health and emotions with the power of ancient yogic breathing techniques.
In this 3 HOURS workshop we will learn about the necessity of correct daily breathing and the many benefits of regularly practicing yogic breathing techniques. Pranayama has always been at the core of any yoga practice along the asanas, and it is a must for anyone wanting a deeper understanding of our breath and consciousness.
Ann will share with you her valuable knowledge and years long experiences in a beautiful setting.
