YIN yoga, as taught by Sarah Powers, is a slow, mindful practice intended to restore harmony in your body and mind. Each month we target different meridians and Ann shares plenty of information about the practice as well as home advice. Well chosen, longer held poses soothe the nervous system while positively affecting our deeper connective tissues.
The 25 minute Yoga Nidra, or yoga sleep after the YIN poses has the same effect of 2 hours of normal sleep, and will leave you feeling rested with an alert calmness
